Established in 1979, Kalyani Thermal Systems Limited manufacturers customized furnaces for the forging and steel industry in collaboration with Flinn & Dreffein Engineering Co, U.S.A.

The different types of installations are batch and continuous process lines. These include box, bogie hearth, roller hearth, pusher and rotary hearth furnaces, running on oil/gas/ electricity.

The company brought auto components into focus in the year 2001, with a capacity 10,000 MT per year.

Products manufactured include forged and machined components such as Connecting Rods, Crankshafts, Tube Yokes, UJ Crosses, Transmission Gear Box and steering components for the automotive sector viz. two-wheeler, passenger car and commercial vehicle segment.

Installed Capacities :

• 10,000 Tons per annum of Small Automotive Forgings being expanded to 24,000 Tons in 2 years.
• 630 Ton, 1000 Ton, 1600 Ton, 2500 Ton, 4000 Ton Press Lines and 1 Ton Hammer Shop.
• CNC Machine Shop for 2 Wheeler Crankshafts and Transmission Gears
