The machined component division at
Ranjangaon manufactures semi finished and fully finished crankshafts
for two wheelers.
Crankshaft - This line has SPMS and CNC turning
centers. The line output is 4000 sets/day of crankshafts.
Transmission gears line - This line has CNC turning
centers and vertical machining centers. This line has 5 different
cells to produce 7 different types of pre machined transmission
gears with a peak capacity of 20,000 / day
